How do I manage my domain
name?
|

You can manage your domain name
by logging into your account. To log into your account click
on Manage My Account at the top of the page then click on
Domain Manager and then enter in your username and
password.

How
do I change the contact details?
|
|
To modify the contact details (excluding
the organisation name field), just follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the Manage
My Domain link at the top of this page.
2. Then click on Domain Manager.
3. Type in your Username and Password.
4. Select the Domain Name and then click Edit Domain Info.
5. Click on General Information, then click Modify Details.
6. Insert your new details, then click Save Changes.

do I change my DNS information?

To modify the dns information just
follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the Manage
My Account link at the top of this page.
2. Click on Domain Manager.
3. Type in your Username and Password.
4. Select Domain Name and then click Edit Domain Info.
5. Click on Name Servers.
6. Enter your Primary & Secondary servers, then click
Save Changes.

do I change ownership details?

To change your ownership details on
your domain name you must contact
Aussie Site Search This can only be done manually, and a small
fee may apply for this service.

do I connect my domain to my website?
|
|
To connect your domain name to your
website you must have a website
hosting service you can upload your website to. People
will then be able to view your site by typing your domain
name into their browsers.

I've
lost my password - what do I do?
|

To recover your password, click on Manage
My Account, then click on Domain Manager, then
type in the domain name or your email address.
If you still can't recover your password, please contact
us.

My
name servers won't Update?
|
| Do
you get "Invalid Nameservers" at the top of the screen
when redelegating your domain? This could be for one of a couple
of reasons.
Are the nameservers
you're delegating to active hosts? If you're delegating your
.au domain, there's a chance your nameservers have not yet
been added to the .au registry. In this circumstance, please
notify
us.
If you're certain you have valid hosts,
yet our system still wont accept your domain.
First check that you're entering the IP address. If it still
fails, well, it's probably best
you email
us.
